Cinnamons
Cinnamons are an American breed with close ties to the greater
Northwest. There were developed in Montana by Ellis
Houseman and accepted into the ARBA standards in Tacoma, WA in 1972.
Cinnamons are a commercial breed weighing in at about 8.5 to 11
pounds. They are a rich, russet brown color - deep Cinnamon.
Although not considered "endangered", they are also a rarity in the
showroom. They are number 8 on the ARBA top 16 list of Rare Breeds!
Due to the rising cost of feed, we will only be keeping a trio of
cinnamons.
