Sales Policy

Enumclaw Exotics Rabbitry is an ARBA registered rabbitry, number W487, that supports our 4-H Rabbit Project and ARBA showing.  We offer both pet and show-quality rabbits for sale occasionally. 

We will make every effort to post available litters as soon as possible and to maintain our waiting list.  However, no bunnies are held without deposit and we cannot guarantee litters available or the waiting time for any bunnies or rabbits. 

We do NOT sell bunnies younger than eight weeks old. We reserve the right to hold bunnies an additional week if we feel this is in their best interest.  We reserve the right to refuse sale of any rabbit to anyone for any reason.  Should we refuse the sale; all money deposited on the said rabbit(s) will be refunded. 

All rabbits/bunnies sold will be noted as Pet Quality, Brood/Breed Quality or Show Quality. 

Pet Quality: Bunnies/Rabbits sold as Pet Quality have or mostly likely will develop traits that will disqualify them from competition at 4-H or ARBA shows.  This includes poor color, mismatched toe nails, poor body type, unrecognized color, etc.  These rabbits will make excellent pets.  They will only come with a birth certificate.

Brood/Breed Quality: Bunnies/Rabbits sold as Breeding Stock have enough good qualities/traits that it would be an asset to a breeding program.  These rabbits may or may not be eligible for showing.  Breeding rabbits may have disqualifications such as missing toe nails, over-size, unrecognized color, etc.  Breeding Rabbits come with a full pedigree, unless stated. 

Show Quality:  Bunnies/Rabbits sold as Show Quality have many of the traits/qualities that are considered highly desirable for ARBA showing.  To the best of our knowledge, the show quality rabbit has no disqualifications that would prevent it from being shown at an ARBA sanctioned show.  Please note that we cannot guarantee the placement of any rabbit in any show.  Placements vary on number of rabbits in the class, condition of the individual rabbit, quality of the competition, etc. We cannot guarantee that the rabbit will remain showable for its entire life as rabbits can “loose shape” with age and condition can vary with the type of care you give the rabbits.  Show Quality rabbits come with a full pedigree.

Bred Does: This varies on the circumstances and special arrangements must be made.

Deposits

Rabbits/bunnies will be HELD with a minimum 50% deposit of the cost of the rabbit/bunny. For example, a $30 bunny requires a $15 deposit.   To place a HOLD we must receive the deposit within four (4) business days of the initial contact date.  We can accept personal check, paypal or money order. If the deposit is not received, the rabbit will NOT receive a HOLD, and the rabbit will be open to anyone who is interested in the said rabbit.  Once the deposit is placed, it is non-refundable should you choose not to complete the transaction.  We will hold a rabbit for a maximum of one (1) week after it's availability unless prior arrangements are made.  After one week, we reserve the right to remove the HOLD, resell the rabbit and buyer will forfeit the deposit. 

Bunnies will be held to 8 weeks (9 weeks if in the best interest of the bunny) at no additional charge.  Arrangements must be made to pick up held bunnies within one week of their availability, unless prearranged prior to sale. Failure to pick-up after the one week will result in the bunny being placed back on our For Sale page and being Sold. You will forfeit deposit. 

We will take all reasonable measures to maintain the health and safety of bunnies/rabbits while on HOLD. Should something occur to prevent our completing the sale, all deposits will be refunded.  We cannot be responsible to refund any other monies (ie. show fees, supplies, etc.) purchased in anticipation on the completion of the rabbit sale.

 PICK-UP

We do not deliver or ship rabbits/bunnies at this time.  Pick-up can be made at an ARBA show we are attending or at a mutually convenient location.  Sorry, but for security reasons we no longer accept visitors to our rabbitry.

By placing a deposit/HOLD on any rabbit(s), you acknowledge and accept this policy.  If you disagree with any items listed above, do not place a deposit/HOLD. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy if needed.
